At Square Feet, we understand the importance of the right space, in the right environment with the right service. That’s why Square Feet is a real community of businesses supporting each other with a dedicated Community Manager to ensure everyone is well looked after.
We provide jargon-free, easy to understand contracts and our offices come with everything included at a fixed price for the full length of your contract. Our offices come with super-fast Wifi, utilities, unlimited tea, coffee and hot chocolate and discount on our meeting rooms!

This lovely office is located on the ground floor and is a great size whether you are looking for a treatment room or an office space, accommodating up to 4 people.
The building is full of great, local businesses and has a fantastic community atmosphere.
Studio 10, Oxford House

Oxford House is a beautiful Victorian Villa on the corner of Billing Road and Cliftonville, this stunning building is a local landmark and, as such a truly lovely place to work.
Surrounding by well-established local businesses, this studio is a perfect first office or cosy treatment room.
Located on the first first, you can access studio 10 using the sweeping staircase with it's huge glass window and beautiful features.
